These unique times require unique measures and responses from all of us. We wanted to let you know what our team is doing to ensure seamless and safe business operations in the wake of the rapidly evolving coronavirus situation. The health and safety of our team members, customers, colleagues, neighbors, and families is our top priority, along with ensuring that you do not experience an interruption in the service we provide.

Out of an abundance of caution, our field technicians will have staggered start times to eliminate contact between team members. All of our office staff will be working remotely from home. You may still contact us using normal contact numbers and emails during regular business hours.

As allowed, our team will continue to service your properties. Many of you will be working from home or have children home from school; we ask that you open gates as necessary before our team’s arrival and while we are on your property to remain indoors. If you need to speak to us, please follow the CDC’s recommendation of maintaining at least six feet of personal distancing for your safety and ours.

As an added precaution we will no longer leave a paper invoice on your door. Effective immediately please refer to your after service email for all billing information, special instructions, recommendations, products applied, technician information and more.

Now is a time for caution and prudence in our daily lives to keep one another safe and healthy. Listed below are steps you can take to help us navigate this challenging time…

  • We would greatly appreciate you making payments online. This will help reduce the amount of contact the client and employee will have with bank and post office officials. You can sign up for auto-pay or prepay for your services through your online account. As always you can call Trish or Janina in the office for further assistance.
  • Open gates and keep yards free of debris upon your technicians arrival. This will help eliminate the amount of surfaces our team members will have to touch around your property.

As news becomes available, we will reassess our operations and keep you informed of any resulting changes to your service.

Thank you for your continued business and the trust you have placed in us to provide service to you and your family.

Sincerely,
My Fertilizing Company
