They have been very helpful with identifying issues we've had with our lawn and promptly sent out treatments that have fixed them.  We just started with My Fertilizing Company.  After using a few different companies over the years, I greatly appreciate the good communication and professionalism of the office personnel. They are easy to contact, and follow-up is top notch.  Janina has been great to work with. 
Today our lawn was serviced by Korey.  He was on time, professional and courteous.  He really took the time to listen to me and made sure all my concerns were addressed!  If the rest of their service calls are this good, we will be with them for a very long time!  Highly recommend.
